Following last year’s successful Later…Live With Jools Holland compilation comes a second volume of the toadying presenter’s hand-picked performances from his twice-weekly TV show. Returning for a second time are Lily Allen, Adele, Muse, Seasick Steve and Keane, while more surprising inclusions come from US singer-songwriter Nicole Atkins with ‘Maybe Tonight’ from her brilliant debut album Neptune City, and Karima Francis with her cover of Kings Of Leon’s ‘Use Somebody’. This year’s Mercury Prize contenders Lisa Hannigan and Friendly Fires feature alongside 2008 winners Elbow. Other WTT-friendly artists on the tracklist include Goldfrapp (’Happiness’), Melody Gardot (’Sweet Memory’), Santigold (’L.E.S. Artistes’) and Little Boots (’Remedy’). The double album is out October 12 through Rhino.
