ellie goulding announces first headline tour

Fresh from her stellar performance at Cargo last night, star-in-waiting Ellie Goulding has announced details of her first headline tour of the UK on the heels of her debut album, due March 1 through Polydor. The 17-date tour kicks off at the Thekla in Bristol on March 25 and runs right through to April 17 with a concluding show at the Cardiff Barfly. Tickets go on sale on Friday.

In the meantime, Ellie has a trio of dates left on her current tour with Little Boots and an impending support slot on Passion Pit’s latest UK jaunt, which kicks off on March 3. She’ll also be appearing at a ‘New To Q’ Showcase at the Notting Hill Tabernacle on January 30. Tour dates in full below. Ellie’s next single will be ‘Starry Eyed’, out February 22.
